I ordered some parts and expected to get a few updates along the way, but I barely heard anything after placing the order. I ended up having to reach out myself to find out what was going on, which got annoying after a while. The whole experience would’ve been a lot better with clearer communication.

I ordered a few Race Face parts and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I picked it online. The sizes, colors, and all the little bits were correct, which is a big relief because dealing with wrong bike parts is such a hassle.

The whole process was straightforward, and I definitely appreciated not having to chase down missing pieces or reorder anything. It wasn’t the most exciting or polished shopping experience ever, but it did the job without any real problems.
Shipping and packaging were fine, though not especially memorable. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would probably buy from them again, especially if I just need parts to show up correctly without any drama.

I took a rough spill on a rocky trail, and honestly... these pads did exactly what they were supposed to do. My knees came out totally fine, and the only damage was some dirt and scratches on the gear. Definitely glad I was wearing them

Just wanted to put this out there for anyone dealing with sore hands on longer rides: these bars made a big difference for me. They feel really comfortable, and my hands don’t get sore like they used to. The fit feels right too, so if you’re on the fence, consider this your warning that you might end up liking them a lot...

I had a good experience using raceface.com. It was easy to find the parts I needed, and the filters made browsing a lot simpler. The product pages were clear, with helpful photos and sizing details. I am giving it 4 stars because a few pages loaded kind of slowly for me, and the menu felt a bit awkward on mobile. Overall though, it was still a solid shopping experience

I ordered from raceface sometime around late last month, or maybe the month before, and overall it was an okay experience. I did check the size chart before buying, but the fit still ended up being a bit tighter than I expected. The quality seems solid enough, and shipping was normal, nothing really stood out there. Not a bad purchase, but I do wish the sizing info was a little more accurate, especially for gear where the fit really matters. I'd give it 3 stars...

The bike feels a lot more solid now, especially on rough downhill sections and when I’m pushing hard out of corners. Nothing feels flimsy or cheap, and I haven’t noticed any creaks or weird noises even after a couple muddy rides. Shipping took about the time I expected, and the website was easy to use. Overall, not much to complain about. Just good gear that does what it’s supposed to.

I bought a Race Face crankset and pedals from raceface and they’ve been really solid so far. I ride rough trails, and nothing has loosened up or felt cheap, which is a relief. That said, getting everything installed and set up just right took more effort than I was hoping for, and I definitely wasn’t thrilled about spending extra time messing with it. Scratches are going to happen with the kind of riding I do, but the parts still work great. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and would buy again
